Account control

Delete your Doorwick account.

Doorwick lets every account holder permanently delete their account and associated personal data from the web, iOS, or Android. You can also archive an account when you only need a reversible pause.

Archive account

Archive signs you out everywhere and stops notifications, but keeps your credentials, memberships, preferences and shared history. Signing in again restores it.

Delete permanently

Deletion removes your Doorwick login, identities, sessions, personal settings and memberships. It cannot be undone. Shared workspace records survive with your authorship anonymized.

Delete from any Doorwick surface

  1. Web: sign in, open the account menu, choose Account, then Delete permanently.
  2. iPhone or Android: open Settings, then choose Delete permanently in the Account section.
  3. Review the consequences and complete the on-screen confirmation. Doorwick signs you out only after the server confirms deletion.

Ownership or billing may need attention first

Doorwick will not strand teammates without an owner or abandon a Stripe-managed subscription. Transfer ownership from Team or cancel billing from Billing, then retry. The account screen identifies known workspaces that need attention.

What may remain

Customer-controlled conversations in a surviving shared workspace remain part of that workspace, with the deleted operator shown anonymously. Doorwick keeps only safe identifiers and counts needed for security and operational history. Stripe may retain payment records under its own policy.
